Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for ELV/intelligent systems (BAS, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, etc.) across the entire project lifecycle.
  • •Participate in user requirement surveys and design reviews to ensure system positioning meets O&M needs.
  • •Prepare ELV tender technical documents and lead technical bid evaluation and vendor solution comparison.
  • •Track ELV equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation progress, and coordinate interfaces with electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
  • •Supervise on-site cabling, installation, commissioning, run integrated system testing, control system changes, report progress and risks, and organize as-built documentation compilation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Intelligent Building, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of ELV/intelligent systems engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management on new built commercial/office projects.
  • •Familiar with mainstream ELV system architectures, protocols, and integration platforms, with understanding of the full lifecycle from design to commissioning and handover.
  • •Experience preparing ELV RFPs and conducting technical bid evaluation.
  • •Ability to think in system integration terms to coordinate multiple subsystems, with clear logic and strong communication to interface with design institutes and contractors.
