Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver spa treatments and ensure a high-standard full spa experience in line with Resense training and brand standards.
  • •Connect and communicate with guests, tailor treatments where needed, record preferences, and follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction.
  • •Manage daily appointment schedules and complete guest handovers as per standard, acting on any discrepancies.
  • •Maintain professional stock and supplies levels; manage equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene in treatment areas.
  • •Achieve spa sales targets, accurately record daily sales figures, and support events/demonstrations and reception coverage as required.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of spa therapy experience.
  • •Internationally recognized massage certificate and internationally recognized beauty therapy certificate.
  • •Experience with advanced cosmetology; knowledge of natural therapies.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment (excellent English oral and written skills).
  • •First aid and CPR certificate (advantage) and aromatherapy certificate (advantage).
