Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the VP’s calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings.
  • •Coordinate event speaking engagements and partner with the communications team to ensure VP readiness.
  • •Plan and organize meetings, including agenda, location, technology, logistics, and post-meeting action items.
  • •Prepare travel packs and handle global travel arrangements and Cisco expense logistics, including itinerary optimization.
  • •Support VP communications and approvals as authorized, answer general questions, resolve issues within policy, and assist with special projects by researching and preparing reports.

Key Requirements
