Job Summary

Lead legal support for Tinder’s EMEA (plus India) Marketing and Communications teams, advising on high-visibility campaigns, PR/comms, events, partnerships, and related commercial arrangements. Provide brand-advisory risk guidance, draft and negotiate partner and vendor contracts, and coordinate with cross-functional legal partners (privacy, IP, product legal, litigation, data-security). Build scalable legal resources, optimize legal workflows using AI tools, and ensure compliance with advertising, consumer protection, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead legal support and strategy for Tinder EMEA’s Marketing and Communications leadership and teams, including campaigns, business development, social media, influencer activations, and PR/comms initiatives.
•Provide brand advisory by assessing risks and delivering legal solutions to minimize exposure across creative concepts, marketing materials, and partnership structures.
•Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and vendors, aligning agreements with business objectives and risk management.
•Partner directly with business leaders and regional stakeholders; coordinate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver real-time, practical legal guidance.
•Ensure regulatory compliance across corporate policies (including data privacy, security, and financial operations), and optimize legal processes using AI and workflow tools.

Key Requirements

•You have a law degree from an accredited institution and are qualified to practice law in Ireland.
•Significant relevant legal experience, ideally combining top law firm training with experience supporting in-house marketing, communications, or other consumer-facing teams.
•Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating region-specific legal issues in a practical, business-oriented way.
•Strong experience advising on marketing, advertising, communications, media, and technology law, consumer protection, and partnerships, including drafting and negotiating related contracts.
•Comfort advising on privacy laws, intellectual property, digital and social media, and influencer endorsement regulations, and you use AI tools to enhance legal workflows.
