Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the compliance, privacy, and trust function end-to-end, including org design, hiring, and global team development.
  • •Build an integrated control framework mapping to ISO 27001/27701, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA with shared evidence collection.
  • •Own the annual audit calendar, manage auditor/assessor relationships, and lead Motive’s path to FedRAMP.
  • •Run privacy compliance operations including DSARs, DPIAs, ROPA, and cross-border transfer mechanics for sensitive driver data.
  • •Serve as the face of security and privacy posture for customers, scaling trust portals/questionnaires and acting as a senior escalation point in enterprise deals.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in security compliance/GRC, privacy, audit, or risk management, including 5+ years leading both people managers and senior individual contributors.
  • •Hands-on experience writing policies, designing controls, building multi-framework control mappings, participating in audit fieldwork, and answering complex customer questions.
  • •Proven ownership of multi-framework compliance programs at scale in a cloud-native SaaS environment, including ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, and PCI DSS.
  • •Operational privacy experience across GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, including DSAR operations, DPIAs, ROPA, and cross-border transfer mechanics.
  • •Experience building compliance and privacy for new international markets and readiness paths for FedRAMP (ideally Moderate/High).
