Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the portfolio of automation production projects, including backlog management and prioritization based on production needs, business priorities, and resources.
  • •Plan automation project roadmaps and manage delivery across timelines, risks, budgets, and cross-team dependencies.
  • •Lead collaboration with external integrators: define technical requirements, support technical evaluation, and coordinate contractors from concept through final equipment delivery.
  • •Organize acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), ensure equipment handover into serial operations, and transfer knowledge to internal support teams.
  • •Coordinate rollout execution across Automation Department, production, procurement, logistics, and external partners; drive post-launch target achievement and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing complex technical or production projects with proven delivery.
  • •Experience launching new production lines and implementing new equipment.
  • •Experience working with external contractors, suppliers, and systems integrators (including international partners).
  • •Hands-on experience with FAT/SAT and commissioning equipment into operation.
  • •English at Upper-Intermediate or higher, plus strong tooling with Jira/Confluence, roadmaps, Gantt, and planning/risk/backlog management.
