Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Construction Management or a relevant field.
  • •15 years of overall construction engineering experience.
  • •5+ years of experience managing teams and working on large-scale projects.
  • •Adhere to safety policies, including reviewing job hazard analysis and following safety and environmental procedures (PPE and chemical safety).
  • •Preferred: PMP certification and leadership experience; semiconductor industry experience; interest in adopting agentic AI into work processes.
