  • •Administer and improve management platforms (including Procore and SharePoint) to support construction workflows and efficiency.
  • •Ensure document control processes, information management systems, permissions, and records practices align with client standards, governance policies, and compliance obligations.
  • •Provide training, guidance, and user support to promote consistent document control procedures and compliance practices.
  • •Conduct audits, QA/QC reviews, metadata checks, and spot reviews to maintain document quality, accuracy, and procedural compliance.
