Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship agentic features for Rico and Astra, improving orchestration, tool execution, context management, and evaluation pipelines.
  • •Develop infrastructure that other engineers ship agents on top of, including trust and permissions controls.
  • •Work end to end from scoping and prioritizing through rollout and post-launch improvements.
  • •Debug and improve systems across frontend, backend, and data, including incident response and incident follow-through.
  • •Partner with Product, take part in code reviews and technical discussions, and mentor other engineers.
