Job Summary

Product Management Specialist II drives the development and commercialization of Honeywell’s offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process. Partners with cross-functional teams (engineering/R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing) to maximize growth and ensure effective product lifecycle management and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide meaningful data analysis using MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and SQL to support Honeywell NPD-GDM and ensure data integrity across standardized processes.
•Drive strong new product development (NPD) management operating systems (MOS) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product data is entered on-time and maintained in the systems of record.
•Analyze data and create data-driven reports for leadership outlining opportunities and improvements to achieve organic growth goals.
•Define the framework for Accelerator digital architecture, drive continuous improvement, and manage change control processes for all GDMs to achieve superior KPI performance.
•Partner with Honeywell Commercial Teams to digitize business roadmaps and accelerate Organic Growth.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management / Business Transformation / Data & Analytics at corporate level, or top-tier consulting, including experience in an industrial/global organization; SQL is a must.
•Strong data analytics skills using MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and SQL.
•Ability to drive change management and lead cross-functional initiatives across global sites.
•Experience handling large data, creating interactive dashboards and meaningful analytics.
•Master’s degree is good to have.
