Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the multi-year partnership vision and strategy, including program design with architecture and governance to meet stretch targets.
  • •Establish the global operating model and rules of engagement with partner leadership, including audit mechanisms and quality metrics to ensure engagement excellence.
  • •Own the partner SKU structure, pricing, and commercial terms, and define the global GTM framework to drive partner-influenced learners and training revenue.
  • •Lead end-to-end partner enablement standardization across curriculum, certification, and readiness to ensure flawless execution and consistent high-quality engagements.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Curriculum and Delivery, Legal, Commercialization, Training Operations, and GTM Enablement, and uplevel regional partnership resources and standards.

Salary: USD 137,000 - 235,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading global partner/channel management, partner sales, or education/training business development in an enterprise software or cloud company.
  • •Proven track record owning a global P&L and defining multi-year strategies, including pricing, SKU creation, and channel incentives aligned to profitability and revenue goals.
  • •Deep expertise in partnership models such as ATPS, GSIs, and IP licensing/royalties, and launching global governance and rules of engagement.
  • •Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Product, Regional Sales) without direct authority, with executive presence with VP/C-suite and partner leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of data/AI (e.g., Lakehouse architecture) and enablement’s role in platform adoption with an AI-forward mindset.
