Job Summary

Drive agile delivery for product teams by enabling customer-focused discovery, experimentation, and iteration of product strategy based on feedback. Own agile practices across product groups and journeys, including planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and success metrics in partnership with Product Management and business partners. Coach teams on agile ways of working, lead agile ceremonies and portfolio governance activities, and implement agile tool workflows for roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration.

•Lead agile ceremonies and tactics such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, working agreements, and team routines/rosters.
