Venue Backstage Security Coordinator

Maintain a safe, secure backstage environment at a Live Nation concert venue by controlling artist-only access and monitoring restricted areas. Coordinate artist and crew movement with Production, Stage Management, and Tour Security, support backstage lot setup, and address unauthorized access. Use verbal de-escalation to respond calmly to conflicts and incidents, including medical and safety concerns, while completing accurate incident reports and maintaining confidentiality.
