Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and enforce backstage, stage, and artist-only access control using credentials, laminates, and wristbands.
  • •Monitor backstage areas such as dressing rooms, production spaces, hallways, and stage-adjacent access points.
  • •Coordinate artist and crew movement with Production, Stage Management, and Tour Security.
  • •Respond to incidents, medical situations, and safety concerns, escalating appropriately when needed.
  • •Complete accurate incident reports and post-show documentation while maintaining confidentiality regarding backstage operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.4 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 18 years of age.
  • •Current valid CA Guard card or security license required.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, and respond effectively to crises and angry or emotional patrons.
  • •Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
