Job Summary

Lead the Treasury Payment & Sales Analyst team by setting strategies that drive fee income and deposit growth, while maintaining strong risk and compliance practices. Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and escalation support for both the team and executive leadership. Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to advance revenue generation and optimization initiatives, and guide supervisors/team leads through coaching, proforma development, proposals, and customer profitability analysis.

•Develop and execute sales analyst team strategies aligned to fee income and deposit growth goals for priority client segments.
•Establish and maintain risk and compliance frameworks, including adherence to protocols and recurring reviews.
•Lead sales pipeline management, including forecasting resource needs for upcoming priority deals and ensuring resource allocation meets demand.
•Oversee team reporting by creating statistical performance reports and monitoring weekly Salesforce dashboards to address discrepancies.
•Provide leadership and guidance through coaching, hiring support, performance reviews, and acting as escalation point for the team and executive leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, or a Related Field, plus 7+ years of related banking experience, preferably in sales and commercial banking.
•5+ years of supervisory, team lead, or other sales management experience.
•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
•Comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance protocols.
•Proficiency using CRM tools and software for performance tracking.
