Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the monthly close process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, actuals reporting, and close checklists.
  • •Prepare and maintain monthly reporting packs and supporting schedules for review by the Reporting Manager.
  • •Perform balance sheet reconciliations, track reconciling items, aged balances, and required actions.
  • •Collect and file SOX evidence and support control compliance across reporting and balance sheet processes.
  • •Work with Commercial Finance to support event accruals, prepayments, and P&L movements; prepare cashless reconciliations and support statutory and intercompany reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience with relevant financial reporting or management accounting experience.
  • •Strong month-end close knowledge, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Experience preparing or reviewing reporting packs and supporting schedules.
  • •Control awareness with desirable SOX, audit, or internal control experience.
  • •Strong Excel skills and the ability to identify reconciliation issues and incomplete evidence.
