Job Summary

Senior Manager responsible for Fleet Management, Office/Facility Management and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) at the Munich site, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant workplace while driving cost control and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Business Services function and oversee Fleet Management, Facility Management and SHE at the Munich site
•Mobility: oversee the 100% electric company car and bike fleet in Germany; collaborate with leasing, rental and insurance providers; manage leases and fleet optimization; conduct framework contract negotiations; run driver safety trainings and campaigns; monitor driving safety and licensing checks
•Facility Management: ensure a smooth, safe working environment; manage external facility service providers and oversee selected vendors
•SHE: ensure legal requirements in occupational safety; coordinate with external functions (e.g., occupational physician, safety specialist); contribute to the global SHE team and reporting system
•Team leadership: manage direct reports (Reception/Admin) and external facility management teams; coordinate with external service providers

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification (m/w/d)
•Five or more years of professional experience in Fleet Management
•Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and open to AI-assisted applications
•Strong communication skills and customer orientation
•Excellent analytical abilities, particularly in reporting and quantitative analyses
