Coordinate with EPC contractors, QA/QC, and commissioning teams, perform site walkdowns, and report risks and progress for safe, schedule-compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage punch listing activities across assigned ADNOC projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and quality requirements
•Develop, implement, and maintain punch list systems and procedures aligned with ADNOC and project needs
•Coordinate with EPC contractors, discipline engineers, QA/QC teams, and commissioning personnel to identify, categorize, and record punch items
•Classify punch items by criticality (A, B, and C) and drive timely closure aligned with project milestones
•Conduct regular site inspections and walkdowns, monitor progress, and prepare reports highlighting risks or delays to project management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electrical, or a relevant discipline
•Minimum of 15 years’ experience in oil and gas projects with exposure to punch listing, mechanical completion, and commissioning phases
•Strong knowledge of industry standards, ADNOC specifications, and project execution practices
•Proven experience managing punch list systems and working within PMC environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
•Familiarity with digital punch list and completion management systems such as Completions Management Systems (CMS); strong communication and coordination skills
