Key Responsibilities

  • •Redesign and host the full onboarding arc so new hires feel productive, connected, and thrilled by the end of two weeks.
  • •Extend onboarding with a pre-boarding runway and a post-week-two tail, and build micro-communities for each cohort.
  • •Support all-hands and company moments as intentional storytelling; standardize comms norms and reduce Slack overwhelm so signal is easy to find.
  • •Own CKO (company kickoff) end to end and partner with the revenue team on logistics and experiences for QBRs.
  • •Project manage the New York office buildout and lead SF/NYC office coordinators, driving in-office engagement through measured, iterated programming.
