Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead revenue forecasting and performance management for Money Management, including volume trends and unit economics, using integrated financial models.
  • •Define and maintain business metrics and KPIs, and present performance with drivers, risks, and actionable insights in business forums.
  • •Drive strategy and decision-making by applying rigorous financial analysis and product/industry expertise to evaluate tradeoffs and shape roadmaps.
  • •Run quarterly forecasts and annual strategic financial planning, building long-range scenario-based financial models for growth, monetization, and investment prioritization.
  • •Build, lead, and develop the Money Management F&S team, improving analytics scalability and partnering cross-functionally to evolve reporting and leverage AI/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant experience in product finance, strategic finance or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth payments, fintech, marketplace/platform, or enterprise SaaS business.
  • •Deep revenue-oriented financial modeling expertise (e.g., pricing analysis, unit economics, volume/take-rate forecasting, deal economics) with ability to architect integrated models.
  • •Proven track record partnering with senior product/business leaders to translate complex financial data into clear narratives and influence strategic decisions.
  • •Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams (hiring, developing, retaining) while acting as a hands-on player-coach.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets, plus strong written/verbal communication for senior leaders.
