Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement advanced project planning and scheduling, including progress measurement, change management implementation, and analysis supporting project objectives.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with project lead, project cost engineer, and contractor project controls leads, aligned with project execution plans.
  • •Run probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules, including critical path and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
  • •Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks/delays, propose corrective actions, and assess schedule impact of variances and change orders.
  • •Prepare integrated planning/scheduling inputs for monthly project reporting, produce customized reports/presentations, and develop resourcing plans with peak leveling recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced planning and scheduling capability with a strong understanding of risk analysis and risk management.
  • •Expert use of project scheduling tools, with Primavera P6 preferred.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple schedule input and performance data sources into a master schedule and deliver project/program status reporting.
  • •Experience in project controls/time and schedule management, preferably within data centres, life sciences/pharma, or related sectors.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
