Own the technical side of the post-sale customer journey for complex, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Partner with customers and internal teams to analyze workflows, assess data readiness, configure and integrate AI components, and drive end-to-end deployment. Lead integrations with enterprise systems, guide security and compliance steps, define success metrics, and ensure measurable adoption and expansion as the delivery function scales.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

•7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar post-sale customer-facing role.
•Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
•Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
•High adoption of modern AI tools and workflows.
•Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and enterprise system integrations.
