Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the centralized authority for language standards across Consumer, driving system-level alignment across a decentralized content design community.
•Translate brand and editorial guidelines into objective, systematic rules that guide human authors and AI agents.
•Own taxonomy and terminology schemas to ensure semantic and naming consistency across components, localization pipelines, and dynamic content generators.
•Establish authoritative logic and rules for reusable content patterns, defining variables that keep text on-brand.
•Govern language specifications and constraints embedded in Hawkins components and coordinate release lifecycles for encoded language schemas and rules downstream.

Salary: USD 460,000 - 710,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Content Systems leader owning and scaling a content standards function.
•Experience building systems teams depend on, such as programmatic style guides, evaluation frameworks, reusable UI patterns, or rule-based terminology systems.
•Track record translating competing requirements across product, legal, brand, and localization into consensus-driven system guardrails.
•Direct experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted writing workflows, including pragmatic ways to constrain generative model outputs to be safe and on-brand.
•Ability to bridge editorial craft and technical system infrastructure, mapping guidelines to JSON schema, metadata pipelines, or platform components.
