Job Summary

Serve as an embedded, market-facing talent advisor bridging enterprise talent strategy and frontline leaders across a cluster of 3–4 markets. Build trusted relationships with Market Presidents, translate market insights into enterprise priorities, facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, and coach people leaders through the performance management lifecycle. Use engagement and talent data to drive measurable action plans and support leader capability building through in-store modules and as-needed travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary talent contact for 3–4 market clusters, building trusted advisor relationships with Market Presidents and their leadership teams
•Translate the voice of the market back to the CoE to inform program design and enterprise priorities
•Facilitate talent review conversations and drive succession pipeline visibility, including identification and development of next-generation leaders
•Coach people leaders through the full performance management lifecycle, including check-ins, ratings, and performance improvement conversations
•Partner with HRBPs to translate engagement survey data into market-level action plans and identify flight risk and retention red flags

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive HR, talent management, or organizational development experience
•Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with senior business leaders
•Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, or leadership calibration conversations
•Strong coaching skills developing people leaders across levels
•Analytical mindset using engagement and talent data to drive decisions
