Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the financial strategy aligned to growth goals and the product roadmap, advising the CEO/Board on runway, scenarios, and trade-offs.
  • •Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling, including KPI frameworks for SaaS/security metrics.
  • •Own finance operations and controls: accounting, month-end close, financial statements, internal control policies, approvals, and compliance across tax/regulatory/audit requirements.
  • •Partner with Sales on pricing, discounting, deal structuring, revenue recognition, contract review, and order-to-cash processes (invoicing, collections, reporting, renewal forecasting).
  • •Select and implement finance tooling, build a finance data model, and hire/coach a scalable finance function to deliver investor/board-ready reporting and diligence readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in finance leadership roles, including Finance Director/VP Finance experience in a high-growth company.
  • •Strong SaaS/subscription experience (cybersecurity or B2B software preferred).
  • •Deep understanding of revenue recognition, contract/accounting implications, and multi-entity operations.
  • •Proven FP&A, cash management, and ability to scale finance operations.
  • •Experience working with Boards, investors, fundraising, and diligence processes.
