Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Establish, document, validate, train, and support manufacturing/service processes to ensure quality, timeframes, and costs are met.
•Ensure compliance with medical device manufacturing and service regulatory requirements and establish robust processes and controls.
•Build and strengthen key relationships within and outside of Operations to support manufacturing goals.
•Maintain measurement systems (Gage R&R) and process capability (Cpk) to ensure products meet specifications.
•Analyze operations and optimize sequence of operations and layouts to maximize facility and personnel utilization.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
•5 to 8 years of relevant electro-mechanical process development and quality assurance experience.
•Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device Manufacturing and Service operations.
•Experience with Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies and process improvement projects.
•Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
