Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including supporting commodity knowledge and compliance.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment, including bulk and packaged materials.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds/warehouse duties (including forklift/loader work), and promptly report safety issues, repairs, or maintenance needs.
