Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commercial strategies to win new business and support new client acquisition.
  • •Maintain and govern the new business pipeline: lead qualification, opportunity prioritisation, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Manage opportunities through the full deal lifecycle from qualification/origination through contracting, onboarding, and implementation.
  • •Build and maintain relationships across industry participants, partners, and prospects to generate opportunities and strengthen the growth pipeline.
  • •Collaborate with finance teams on financial models and commercial proposals; develop client presentations and engagement strategies for industry bodies and events.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •Proven relationship-based sales/business development skills.
  • •Experience constructing, managing, and negotiating partnership deals, comfortable navigating commercial, technical, and legal requirements to execute contracts.
  • •Experience developing and securing new commercial relationships and managing business development pipelines with forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Must have experience and passion for payments, staying fluent in the innovation landscape and business/industry/customer/product trends.
