Key Responsibilities

  • •Support developmental tests in the R&D line and operate processing equipment, test equipment, and metrology tools.
  • •Follow work instructions and interpret task documents to execute assigned tasks.
  • •Ensure tests are completed per schedule, including sample acquiring, testing, and data entry for development tests.
  • •Communicate abnormal findings immediately to address issues with products or testing equipment.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement for productivity, safety, or performance while adhering to standard procedures and safety/housekeeping requirements.

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support I at First Solar.
  • •Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and test plans.
  • •Average ability to use processing/test equipment and operating tools (including robots, conveyors, and human/machine interfaces).
  • •Ability to repetitively handle glass coupons, plates, and finished modules.
  • •Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams), and ability to run JMP scripts and analyze simple datasets using JMP and SQL after training.
