Key Responsibilities

•Provide expertise in routing and switching, wireless, LAN/WAN internetworking, and SD-WAN in enterprise and data center networks.
•Support Cisco ACI network architecture components and understand inter- and intra-tenant traffic flows and contracts.
•Contribute to migration planning from traditional data center network designs to Cisco ACI, including integrating service appliances (ADC and firewalls).
•Ensure configurations comply with network standards and review logs, supporting NMS, LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN operations.
•Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of mission-critical network components; own and document escalated support tickets via ServiceNow.

Key Requirements

•10+ years managing LAN and WAN infrastructures.
•10+ years of experience in routing and switching, wireless, and Riverbed.
•10+ years of experience with Palo Alto.
•5+ years of experience with Cisco ACI.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
