•Drive planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release.
•Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
•Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness.
•Track dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate challenges and drive timely resolutions.
•Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, maintain program documentation, and support post-launch reviews and process improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles.
•Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
•Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
