Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to ensure proper handling, storage, and protection.
  • •Ensure high-quality order fulfillment by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and keeping Dasher pickups running smoothly.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safe and productive work and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support day-to-day tasks across warehouse and kitchen (where applicable), lead by example, and help improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexible to cover different shifts as needed.
