Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global strategic buyout strategy across the Motion Control portfolio
  • •Manage and govern key buyout partners globally, balancing cost, complexity, and performance
  • •Develop make-or-buy decisions and build business cases (cost, margin, volume, risk)
  • •Enable new product development via strategic buyouts, including portfolio gap identification and SKU simplification
  • •Drive volume transitions to selected partners and mitigate risks across quality, supply continuity, and cost evolution
