Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and operate internal events, including setup, technical checks, and live event support
  • •Manage and operate PTZ cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment during live and hybrid events
  • •Provide real-time technical support to presenters, attendees, and stakeholders with a focus on customer service
  • •Troubleshoot AV issues in All Hands spaces and conference rooms and perform routine conference room readiness checks
  • •Assist in provisioning and configuring new AV hardware for office builds and maintain an organized equipment inventory

Key Requirements
