Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and track quality of production units.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (customer support, hardware, software, manufacturing, and suppliers) to identify and resolve quality issues and risks.
  • •Interface with customer support to debug and gather information on failed units at customer sites.
  • •Perform failure analysis with hardware and software teams; route failed units to external suppliers if necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; MS is a plus.
  • •Minimum of 10+ years of experience in failure analysis and quality.
  • •Ability to debug and test systems, and track hardware failure processing to drive resolution.
  • •Experience with PCBA manufacturing and electro-mechanical assembly and associated processes.
  • •Experience in Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment) and working with contract manufacturing partners.
