Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project delivery (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) for individual real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements and prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and qualify delivery resources, run request for proposals (standard to sophisticated), perform bid analysis, and lead evaluation interviews and recommendations.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements; ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Supervise project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances and craft action plans, including change management routines for impact assessment and change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training in industry trends, project management, and construction procedures/best practices.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete related administrative tasks.
  • •Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, meet multiple deadlines, and develop plans to address identified issues.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, be on site regularly during project duration, and be flexible with non-traditional hours at times.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage with initiative to prioritize multiple tasks in a robust environment.
