Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise sales associates to improve selling skills, close sales, and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • •Drive sales for an assigned category through sell-through support and category training with the Store Manager.
  • •Lead a high-performing customer-facing team by coaching, providing feedback, and ensuring customers receive the full Burberry Experience.
  • •Manage customer flow and customer service standards so no client is left unattended; set pace and service benchmarks.
  • •Support store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including post-void transactions, authorizing promotional discounts and employee sales, and assist with opening/closing and POS procedures.

Key Requirements
