Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenue and asset/liability targets from an existing client portfolio while acquiring new clients in a compliant manner.
  • •Support HSBC strategic growth targets by cross-selling and expanding banking wallets for companies with international footprint.
  • •Continuously monitor and screen the portfolio for early warning signals; complete annual reviews and ensure timely housekeeping, approval conditions, and covenant monitoring.
  • •Mentor ARMs to broaden contribution toward meeting client needs and support ARM development.
  • •Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient servicing and capture wallet opportunities while ensuring FCC compliance and implementing audit/regulatory recommendations; identify and mitigate financial crime risks (AML, sanctions, AB&C).

Key Requirements

  • •CA/MBA with at least 5 years of experience in a client management and corporate banking role.
  • •Strong commercial banking knowledge, including credit and lending, trade and treasury products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work under fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • •Must complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
