Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates and represent the company’s culture and values.
  • •Coordinate administrative support across multiple projects, including documentation management, reporting, scheduling, invoicing assistance, and deliverable tracking.
  • •Manage workplace and office operations to ensure facilities, meeting spaces, suppliers, and office resources are efficiently coordinated.
  • •Support project managers and business leaders with reports, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • •Facilitate onboarding activities and candidate visits in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project administration, office management, executive support, operational coordination, or a similar environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing workplace operations, reception services, facilities coordination, or front-of-house responsibilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of project administration practices such as documentation control, reporting, scheduling, invoicing support, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills for working confidently with employees, executives, clients, vendors, and candidates.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), with strong judgment and discretion handling confidential information.
