Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate high-quality AI image and video content for social media and broader marketing efforts.
  • •Use generative AI tools to develop new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.
  • •Document experiments and share insights to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing and Design to ensure AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet institutional-grade standards.
  • •Monitor AI model releases and surface new tools to improve content velocity and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo).
  • •A strong portfolio with high-quality visual and video output and consistent brand/composition/style.
  • •Ability to independently experiment with new tools and turn raw capabilities into repeatable production workflows.
  • •Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where tools and playbooks change weekly.
  • •Capacity for meticulous execution and rapid iteration based on creative feedback.
