Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital transformation work with senior leaders. Focus on the digital content workflow, technology adoption, and how teams work together; define strategy, identify gaps, and build solutions based on data in matrixed organizations.
  • •Assess content operations across people, processes, platforms, governance, and operating models; design future-state processes from planning through delivery and optimization.
  • •Advise on content operating models, governance, workflows, and team structures; collaborate with content, marketing, technology, and operations teams to align content strategy with business goals and platform capabilities.
  • •Help clients apply AI in content operations, including automation, metadata, reuse, personalization, and content intelligence; support change management and present recommendations to senior leaders.
  • •Mentor project teams and work through new or unclear problems using structured problem-solving; drive adoption and enablement for new ways of working.
