Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
  • •Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end.
  • •Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows.
  • •Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution.
