Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions to ensure successful delivery, from inception through defects management.
  • •Provide line management, support, supervision, and motivation of Project Managers and junior team members, including training oversight.
  • •Coordinate AECOM project team meetings and ensure management information sign-off prior to issue.
  • •Act as the main interface with AECOM clients and lead the development of strong client and cross-functional relationships.
  • •Manage design, tender documents, appraisals and negotiations, construction contracts, and project finances, resourcing, audits, and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Qualified, ideally with a Project Management/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying degree.
  • •Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or an equivalent institution.
  • •Proven experience gained within a consultancy (or client organisation) and within key construction markets such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Defence.
  • •Excellent understanding of construction contracts and the roles of different parties across the project lifecycle.
  • •Understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and statutory compliance.
