Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product strategy and roadmap for the Workflow Platform within Box Automate.
  • •Lead market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions and identify high-value use cases.
  • •Collaborate with Design and Engineering to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value.
  • •Coordinate with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services) to communicate product messaging and opportunities.
  • •Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, and make data-informed decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally 2+ years managing B2B SaaS products.
  • •Proven track record of managing and launching successful products, ideally related to workflow / business process management/ content automation.
  • •Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels and facilitating productive discussions.
  • •Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
