Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to Application Engineers and Commercial teams leading multidisciplinary activities for new products/solutions early commercialization.
  • •Serve as the primary technical interface for IET Commercial, AE, and DTI teams when coordinated engineering effort is required.
  • •Lead Deal Review as a single ENG entry point covering risks and mitigations identified during bid preparation.
  • •Support ITO/OTR risk management, including register/analysis, FMEA-based handoff, and incorporation of risks/mitigations into proposals.
  • •Drive digital growth by improving tool usage and implementing automation to reduce proposal preparation time.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a BSc. or MSc. in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • •Have experience in Turbomachinery engineering and technology, plus in-depth knowledge of Energy markets and customers.
  • •Have knowledge of Machine Mechanical Design, System and Auxiliaries design.
  • •Have experience in technical risk management (Register, HAZOP, FMEA).
  • •Be fluent in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.
