Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the engagement strategy and playbook for North America cloud customers by synthesizing end-to-end hardware + software solutions based on customer needs.
  • •Operationalize strategic business targets aligned to corporate and BU goals and execute annual objectives measured by design wins, revenue, and gross margin.
  • •Serve as AMD’s key point of contact for technical and business follow-ups with CSPs, ensuring efficient collaboration between customer architects/engineers and AMD engineering/software teams.
  • •Build partnerships with CSP internal teams and their customers, develop training materials and demand-generation content, and analyze CSP performance trends in AI.
  • •Forecast and align customer-specific revenue plans with AMD Sales teams, act as first line of resolve for technical/quality issues, and collaborate across engineering, product, quality, and business planning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • •Expertise in GPUs and acceleration in AI/cloud, with ability to assess technical and business trade-offs for ROI.
  • •Extensive business development or product management experience in the semiconductor industry, including datacenter/MDC/channel models.
  • •Proven record driving design wins, sell-in/sell-out enablement, and managing quarterly forecasts, pricing, and customer roadmaps alignment.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-functional communication, including presenting to senior executives and technical experts.
