Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the business.
•Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution across product, engineering, operations, finance, and other teams.
•Conduct market, competitive, and business research to support decision-making.
•Break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans and build operating processes to improve speed and execution quality.
•Represent the CEO in meetings, coordinate key action items, and take ownership of critical projects with measurable outcomes.

•Outstanding problem-solving and analytical ability to make decisions from incomplete information.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level collaboration.
•Ability to learn new industries and domains quickly while working across multiple disciplines (business, product, operations).
