  • •Promote healthy collaboration across internal and external teams (including CM/JDM partners) and mediate/resolve issues.
  • •Evangelize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Lean Engineering and ensure products embody these philosophies.
  • •Develop and manage product and engineering requirements documentation, master test plans, and hardware team program priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years product development experience with demonstrable technical skills from multiple successful product launches.
  • •A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Adept in design for manufacturability, assembly, and packaging.
  • •Experience designing, analyzing, testing, and manufacturing electro-mechanical machinery and metal, plastic, and electronic components.
  • •2+ years leading or managing cross-functional teams.
