Assistant Relationship Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer customers within the Dealer Sales Pod, handling escalations and delivering high-touch concierge support. Build strong dealer relationships, manage and resolve dealer sales items (agreements, cancellations, title issues, receivables), and communicate via phone, email, and messaging. Leverage internal systems and teams to address dealer issues and educate dealers on Auto Finance programs, tools, and policies while supporting sales partners with business development.
