Key Responsibilities

•Direct hotel development projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
•Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks, processes, and systems throughout the lifecycle.
•Oversee detailed project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
•Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
•Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement strategies, and vendor negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•Experience: Minimum 15 years in hospitality development, with a strong focus on hotel projects in LATAM.
•Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale hotel developments, including new builds, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
•Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of project management methodologies, procurement processes, and contractor oversight.
•Language Skills: Spanish fluency required; English proficiency at an intermediate or higher level.
