Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales operations, strategy, and channel process improvement initiatives with a global mindset.
  • •Develop sales process methodologies to maximize productivity and act as the point of contact for channel requests related to sales productivity, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • •Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making, including sales productivity and compensation reporting.
  • •Build scalable channel business processes and improve operational efficiencies, including systems/data investigations to ensure data quality.
  • •Manage and improve channel promotions, territory planning, and quota assignments; implement reporting structures to track partner success metrics such as ARR, adoption, enablement, and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving success strategies for a growing partner program, with a background in partner operations or relevant experience in Revenue Operations in the technology industry.
  • •Strong experience with Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and large- and small-scale updates.
  • •Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to build and evolve partner program processes, with a flexible, pragmatic mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Confluence, or Seismic; experience with PRM solutions like Impartner or Channel Scaler is a plus.
